Knowledgeable in all things related to land owner, tax entity and community motivation, site selection, fatal flaw analysis, budgeting, lease and easement agreements, resource collection and analysis, interconnection studies and agreements, environmental impact analysis, financial modeling, tax credit qualification, tax abatements, agency interaction and permitting, due diligence support, project marketing acquisition/transaction, financing, supply chain issues, many aspects of project engineering, procurement and construction, stakeholder engagement and the day to day commercial aspects of wind sites to ensure optimal performance and maintain high asset values.
